I am pleased to announce that I am bringing my years of Mat Pilates experience in the UK to my local Australian communities, starting by offering one on one tailored classes in the comfort of your own home designed for your specific needs. All abilities can be catered for, whether your a seasoned Pilates advocate or a complete beginner, all you need is a mat, some floorspace and yourself and I will do the rest. So for those who might have missed it, I am pleased to announce that all abilities mat Pilates classes have now begun, with the next class at 9.30am Monday 29th January followed by the first evening class on Thursday 1st February at 6pm at St Swithun's Community Centre - details on the flyers attached.
The classes will welcome all abilities from absolute beginners to seasoned athletes, as all exercises are adapted and modified to suit all levels.
Come along and give it a go and enjoy the the wealth of physical, mental and spiritual benefits that Pilates brings:

I am very pleased to announce that C King Fitness Pilates is launching with a brand new all abilities mat pilates class starting next Monday 22 January at 9.15am at St Swithun's Community Centre in Eastmoor (very near Pinderfields - www.eastmoorcommunitycentre.co.uk). This will be an all abilities mat pilates class so all will be welcomed and catered for from absolute beginners to seasoned professionals! All you will need is a mat and yourself and I will do the rest. Cost will be £7.00 per class. Places will be limited so please contact me to book a place.
