Community involvement teaches children that their actions can positively affect others.
Giving children opportunities to be active participants in and around the community helps them grow into caring, confident, and responsible individuals. It not only benefits their personal development but also contributes to building stronger, more supportive communities in the future.

We are now accepting enrolments for our Pre-Kindy and Kindy programs at Playful Learners based in Heathridge Primary School.

Our programs are designed to support children aged 3–5 in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment that encourages play-based learning and school readiness.

What we offer:

Pre-Kindy Program (Ages 3–5)
• Available Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:00pm

Kindy Care
• Before and after school care available
• Supporting a smooth transition to and from the school day
• Flexible enrolment for non-kindy days

Open to all families
• Children can attend from any school, you don’t need to be enrolled at Heathridge Primary School

Our experienced teachers and educators provide a structured yet fun environment where children can build confidence, independence and social skills.

Over the last couple of weeks, the Pre-Kindy children have been learning about safe people in our communities, being the boss of our own bodies, our families, who we live with, where we come from, transport in our community and occupations.

Imaginative play nurtures creativity, cognitive skills, social abilities, and emotional growth.
Offering a variety of imaginative play resources in the classroom, provides children with endless opportunities to explore the world around them, develop problem-solving skills, and express their thoughts and feelings in safe and meaningful ways.

Children have the right to be safe and respected wherever they are. Playful Learners is committed to creating and maintaining a learning environment that puts child safety and wellbeing first, promotes children’s rights and ensure children feel a sense of belonging, empowered and heard.

We are currently accepting enrolments for our Before and After School Care program based in Heathridge Primary School.

Our service provides:
• Morning care with supervised school drop-offs
• After school care with organised pick-ups
• Servicing Heathridge Primary School, Eddystone Primary School and Poseidon Primary School

We offer a safe, structured and engaging environment delivered by experienced educators, supporting children at the beginning and end of each school day.

Child Care | Heathridge WA | Playful Learners Child Care Playful Learners is a family owned and run early education and care service for children aged 2-11 years. Based in Heathridge our Pre-Kindergarten, Out of School Hours and School Holiday care services are delivered in a safe, fun and inclusive environment where smaller is better.

Science empowers educators to inspire and engage children through investigation and hands on experiences.
Today we were invited to join the Heathridge Primary School Kindy class to participate in a variety of experiments and exploration. 🔬⚗️🔭🥼🧪

Today we were invited to join Heathridge PS for their St John’s Incursion.
Ash and Cora the Bear read a book to the children about playground safety, helped the children become more familiar with the number ‘000’, and gave them all a tour of the Ambulance.

Self portraits are a delightful window into a child’s development and their sense of self.
Encouraging self-portraits allows children to express themselves freely and builds confidence in their creativity. Self-portraits help children see, feel, and understand themselves a little more clearly each time they draw. 🖍️
