It was a fantastic four days at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, and we were proud to be among over 100 organisations connecting with students, graduates and job seekers exploring their future.

With thousands of attendees, the appetite for career and training opportunities in WA is clear and it was a privilege to be part of those conversations.

The Australian Schools Cyber Challenge (ASCC) has officially commenced, marking the third consecutive year that EdTech Group has delivered this national initiative through its CyberPathways program.

With 100 teams participating — its largest intake to date — the 2026 challenge represents another major milestone for cyber security education in Australia. This year’s competition brings together hundreds of students from 100 schools, with representation from every state highlighting the continued growth and nationwide reach of the program.

As a proud sponsor, Comtech Training reaffirmed its commitment to developing future cyber talent and supporting pathways into the digital workforce.

CEO Debbie Churchland shared her enthusiasm for this year’s challenge:

The ASCC continues to play a vital role in fostering interest in cyber security among young Australians, providing hands-on experience and encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation.
