Day 2 of our mural and the fine details are really starting to come to life 🎨

Each class has had the opportunity to visit the artists at work, watching the process up close and asking questions about the design, the story, and the meaning behind the mural.

We can’t wait to share more as it continues to evolve.

Today, Noongar artist Yondee Shane Hansen began work on our brand new mural, and we’re so excited to see it come to life.

We can’t wait to watch it evolve over the week and share the journey with you.

🌱 Caring for Boodja

Our ECE students recently enjoyed a special visit from the wonderful team at Bunnings, who delivered a hands-on incursion focused on connecting with and caring for Boodja (Country).

Students had the opportunity to learn about the importance of looking after our environment while getting involved in planting "bush tucker" plants.

A huge thank you to Bunnings for providing this incursion free of charge and for generously donating their time, plants, materials, tools and equipment.

We truly appreciate your support in providing this experience to help build respect for Country and promote the importance of caring for our environment. 🌿
