Beekeeping isn’t easy.
Our beekeepers travel hours from the city, down long dirt tracks, to care for their hives in some of the most remote parts of Western Australia.
During honey season, that means weekly hive inspections in extreme heat, fully suited up. They get stung. They lift heavy hive boxes. They spend hours carefully checking, protecting, and nurturing their bees.
Its hard, patient work. but they love what they do. Without the bee keepers dedication, skill and respect for their bees there would be no jar of Pure and Natural honey on your table.
Every jar we produce is kept raw. This means the honey maintains all its natural enzymes and antioxidants. If your looking for raw, medicinal grade honey from bee keepers that care, your in the right place.

Raw Blackbutt honey, unlike anything else.
Harvested from Western Australia’s Blackbutt forests, this variety is naturally darker, richer, and with a depth that sets it apart from lighter blossom honeys.
Never heat-treated. Never blended.
Once you taste it, there’s no going back.

It all starts here.
In the Jarrah forest, early in the day.
We arrive at the apiary to carry out routine hive checks, opening lids, inspecting frames, and observing bee activity. Each hive offers insight into how the colony and season are tracking.
It’s careful, considered work.
By day’s end, there’s a quiet sense of completion, doing the work we’re committed to, at the source of raw West Australian honey.

The queen doesn’t make honey: she builds the future of the hive.
Worker bees transform nectar into honey through tireless, precise work. The queen leads and sustains the colony.
Drone bees serve one purpose only: to mate with a queen and secure the future of the hive.
This is why we keep our honey raw: gently handled, so you taste the bees’ work, not heavy processing.

The honey hasn't changed. The mission hasn't changed.
The honey you love, just looking even better.
