Donāt Rush the Toddler Bed šļøš«
Itās a big milestoneābut sometimes, itās one we hit too early.
Many parents move their toddler to a bed thinking it will help with sleep challenges. But hereās the truth:
š Most toddlers arenāt developmentally ready for the freedom of a big bed until closer to 3 years old (sometimes later!).
Moving too soon often leads to:
š Bedtime battles

š© Night wakings
š§ Confusion about boundaries
Staying in the cot (crib) longer supports:

āļø Predictable boundaries
āļø A stronger sense of security
