Abundant Heart

This was last week me talking about all the busy appointments (plus I had a guest visit, I went and bought 4 new hens and then did a Burlesque dance class all on the same day as this video was taken in the morning)... it also talks about this coming week and yep this coming week is exhausting. I'm tired but am I going to sleep early.... nope I'm up late with revenge bedtime procrastination. I just used Ecosia (a search engine that plants trees)... and found Cleveland Clinic describes "Revenge Bedtime Procrastination is when you attempt to take control of your life by using the time before bed to do what you want to do - at the expense of a good night's rest".

This week's episode of waiting. Waiting for the MRI took over an hour and I forgot my ear buds so I couldn't watch any videos on my phone (as in a waiting room and didnt want to be inconsiderate to others).

Another video from last week... wondering why I've been videoing myself with small snippets of things. Do you enjoy hearing about my life, I dont know what the purpose of any of it is. But I guess lots of people are unsure about what's happening in the world so I fit right in ;)

Last week's episode of waiting... why its taken me a long time to post it, I'm not sure. Carers life. Expensive week, didnt even mention the over $500 of food shopping -coeliac disease and food sensitivities cost a LOT and everything is getting more expensive.

Note: my son is one of the staff on the team that helps at the state operations Centre (not managing the whole place) I listened to what I said in this video and didnt want there to be any confusion. Thankfully they only needed day teams not around the clock teams, so my boy didnt need to do night shift for this emergency (of which I was grateful )

A video I filmed on Friday while waiting for one of the many medical appointments I wait for. Im struggling as a carer at the moment. In an effort to not feel as alone, Im here being vulnerable.
