Just completed this physical theatre intensive with the incredible Dr Lynette Bradley - Zen Zen Zo& Shaun Johnston. Suzuki, butoh, viewpoints & wrestling to dance. Amazing ensemble of participants from theatre & dance - challenging, courageous, enlightening & resilience building. So great to re-inhabit the body fully & mindfully💕🕺🙏
it’s not easy witnessing parents age. we are trying our best to keep mum independent at home at age 86 with cognitive decline…. she is feisty & extremely creative. Loves a trip out … and yes she could be my doppelgänger which is a worry given i have no kids to take me on road trips so i might hit you up…if i remember 🙏
