Training Alliance Group is proud to stand with all Australians during National Reconciliation Week 2026. Reconciliation won't happen by itself. It won't happen without all of us.
This year's theme, All In, is a reminder that it's time for every one of us to stop watching from the sidelines and start showing up, every single day.
The 2026 artwork Gaagal ('Ocean' in Gumbaynggirr), by Gumbaynggirr Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey, captures it perfectly: every action ripples outward. Every voice matters.
Every one of us has a role to play.
This week and every week, we're All In.

We were recently featured in the local paper in Kalgoorlie — and it was a good reminder of why this work matters.
The spotlight is on our incredible team here at Training Alliance Group (TAG) in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, and what we're all about: helping real people in our community find real pathways to employment.
A huge thank you to Jo Russell for the opportunity to share our story, and to our amazing team — Nicola Ettridge, Bianca Miles, and Shani Szabo — for the heart and dedication they bring to this work every single day.
At TAG, we believe employment isn't just about finding a job. It's about building confidence, purpose, and long-term stability, especially for those who feel overlook or stuck.
In a community like the Goldfields, we work alongside jobseekers from all walks of life, including those facing barriers such as physical or mental health challenges, long-term unemployment, or uncertainty around their next steps.
If you or someone you know could benefit from our support, we'd love to connect. Reach out to our team, we're here and happy to help!

Every family deserves the right support.
This Wednesday, our Parent Pathways team came together with The Mum Collective and Ngala in Ellenbrook for a Community Morning Tea, welcoming more than twenty parents, carers and bubs to Grapevine Community Arts Space for a morning of genuine connection and expert support.
Our team shared how Parent Pathways can help: free, personalised support for mums, dads and carers, including one-on-one mentoring, up to $1,250 per year in financial assistance (T&Cs apply), and connections to local services, all shaped around each family's own goals and journey.
Ngala Child Health Nurse Jaclyn joined us to share warm, practical guidance on sleep, soothing and early development, giving parents helpful tools for those busy early years.
We were truly grateful to welcome Michelle Maynard MLA, Member for Swan Hills, and Tania Lawrence MP, Member for Hasluck, two dedicated advocates for families across the region. Their support for initiatives that bring communities together means so much to us.
When families feel supported, whole communities thrive.
We are proud to be part of making that happen. Reach out to find out more about Parent Pathways.
We would love to hear from you.

Celebrating Inclusive Employment Success
Through the Inclusive Employment Australia program, Training Alliance Group was proud to support Dale and the team at GTP-iCommerce in finding the right person for their workplace.
James has quickly adapted to his new role, showing curiosity and making valuable contributions to the team. This is a fantastic example of how inclusive recruitment benefits both employers and employees.
Thank you, Dale, for partnering with us to create opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen workplaces. Thankyou, James, for working alongside us as we found a business that valued all your strengths and experience.
Together, we’re building a future where everyone has the chance to thrive.
