HYROX is coming to the PHPC🎉
We have been receiving so many questions from our wonderful members and hopefully these answer some of your enquiries! If there is anything you are still curious about feel free to call/email us, visit Gym Reception or comment on this post🩵
- What is HYROX?
HYROX is a world famous fitness race mixing 8 functional exercises with 8kms of running and is accessible for everyone as simple movements are used. Everyone from beginner to advanced are welcome; increased fitness will be a result.
- How many in a class?
There is a limit of 10 people per class so that you get maximum time on the equipment, so sign up while you can to ensure you won’t miss out!
- Who will be the instructors?
Our instructors have all completed their training in HYROX foundation coaching along with their other fitness qualifications. Some of our coaches are already training and competing in the competition to bring you the best coaching advice!
- When does it start?
HYROX will begin on the 3rd of June and we will have 4 classes per week.
- Where will it run?
HYROX classes will run in the new HYROX Gym space which is where the Perth Lynx currently train.
- Do I need to compete?
Not at all! You can just do it for yourself to achieve results or we can get you ready for competition.
