All too often I see young batters robotic, stiff and rigid in their stance when the bowler is at the top of their mark. It’s wasted focus. As a batter it is key to know when to SWITCH ON and when to SWITCH OFF.
Stay relaxed in your stance and figure out your timing in terms of SWITCHING ON when batting.
