🎉The School of Education celebrated ALIA’s National Simultaneous Storytime at Curtin University School of Education yesterday. After sharing in an Acknowledgement of Country that reflected on the enduring tradition of sharing stories that has existed on these lands for 60,000+ years, we listened to the wonderful Christine Walsh read Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller. To top off celebrations, we played trivia and tabletop soccer, and enjoyed a morning tea fit for any weekend soccer match! Thanks to all who attended - such a fun collaboration between the English and HPE subject teams.⚽🏅

The unit is being delivered through a one-week face-to-face intensive in Port Moresby, followed by 12 weeks of online learning, and has been very well received, with participants engaging strongly and enjoying the delivery experience. The program continues to be enriched by the warm hospitality of the PNG community, contributing to its overall success.🙌
