I became a Jungle Body Instructor to encourage and influence others in reaching their own fitness and weight loss goals after Konga helped take part in my own successful journey

✖️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ✖️
The time has come for me to take a step back from instructing..........😭
This decision was not an easy one, and one of the hardest decisions I've had to make..... But I know in my heart it's the right thing to do right now for me and my family. 💕
Consistent low numbers, working 4-5 days a week, hairdressing from home, and running 2 other business's as well as trying to squeeze in mum life is a challenge. I'm not afraid to admit that balancing everything is hard! So I need to leave what I love the most so I can be where I'm needed the most. 👨👩👧👦
I hope you all understand.

No class tonight guys. I'm really unwell, my throat is on fire and my head is throbbing. So far testing negative so fingers crossed it stays that way.

For a combination of KONGA/TYGA&BURN
Bring your water, yoga mat, sweat towel, a material resistance band and 2x light weight dumbbells (1kg,1.5kg or 2kg)
Don't stress of you don't have equipment I have spare you can borrow and you are able to do the tracks with out them.
Everyone is welcome, no matter age, fitness level, coordination level, no dance experience needed.

Beginner friendly, kids welcome (explicit language may appear in some music) no dance experience needed, great way to build your fitness, go at your own pace, low impact options available, make new friends, and feel safe in a judgement free environment.

What's your understanding on health?
I grew up thinking it was all about food/ diet and exercise.
It wasn't until I was an adult that I started to understand that being healthy was how you feel both mentally as well as physically.
Im glad I became much more educated from research and personal experience.
I also have seen the benifits first hand of exercise and mental health, they really do go hand in hand and compliment each other.

Do you get excited to exercise? Or are your workouts a chore?
Find something that you really enjoy... where you not counting down the minutes left of your workout.
Or convincing your self for over half an hour to be motivated and get started.... That's almost the workout done.
This used to be me!!!!!
Until..... I found a jungle body class.
I found a workout where I'm not counting down the minutes, where I don't have to talk myself into putting my shoes on and getting ready.
I feel great, energized and refreshed mentally after class. My brain can relax and isn't going crazy, wild or into over drive like it would if I was just on the treadmill. (I'm such an over thinker)
Its my time to chill out and take a moment for myself.
A moment to refill my cup, keep my body moving, and relieve all my stress and worries.
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday at Maida Vale Hall/ Netball Courts. 6:15pm-7pm. $12 for a casual class or save when you buy a class pass.
You will need some water, a yoga mat, sweat towel, a material/fabric resistance band and 2x light weight dumbbells.
With a combination of KONGA, TYGA & BURN we tone, dance, squat, jump, burpee, box, shake, twerk, skip, salsa and much more.
The lights are off, party lights are on, music is loud and you can let loose.
Classes are judgement free you can pop it and lock it as much or as little as you like. No one is watching you.
Watch your confidence grow and develop.
Classes are designed to be beginner friendly with low options available. So it doesn't matter your age, your fitness level, or if you have never danced before or if you have 2 left feet, or you need to go at a slower pace. As long as your moving your body and having fun, then your doing it right.

Mondays and Wednesdays are always special because I get to work out with you!
Join us for a combination of KONGA/ TYGA & BURN
Only $12 per class with multiple class passes available for motivation and savings.
6:15-7pm at Maida Vale Hall/Netball Courts.
Class is in the dark, with the party lights on and music loud. You actually forget your working out.
We dance, jump, box, squat, salsa, run, tone, smile and laugh. Beginners welcome there is no age limit, fitness restrictions or coordination expectations. With low options available suitable for you fitness level or capabilities. Go at your own pace, move your body and have fun.
Bring water, yoga mat, sweat towel, a material Resistance Band & 2x light weight dumbbells (1kg,1.5kg & 2kg) I do have spare equipment available to borrow as well so no excuses.
Kids welcome to come join in or play out on the locked secured netball courts.
Please be aware some music may contain explicit language.
