Itโs with great sadness that I have to tell you, we lost a very good friend and Karateka to cancer. Albert has been a great friend and a great karate practitioner, he will be greatly missed. So sad I will let you know when the funeral will be. I know you all send your condolences to his wife and girls as I do. Canโt begin to tell you how sad I feel.๐ข๐ข๐ข

Hi Guys, Happy new year to you all. We have Squad training and trials for the National Team going to the World Championships this year. Saturday the 28th of January, 1pm to 3pm. At the Dojo.All are welcome to join in. If you are trying out please bring with you all of you competition results for the past 3 years. Please confirm you are coming.
