I am a dedicated remedial therapist with over 30 years of experience. I obtained my diploma from the Academy of Natural Therapies. I have honed my therapeutic techniques in a wide range of modalities, including Remedial Massage, Trigger point, Swedish, prenatal, baby and hot stone massage.

Taking a holistic approach to my practice, considering not only the physical but also the emotional and energetic aspects of my client’s well-being. Assisting them to achieve balance, relieve pain and tension, allowing them to live their lives to the fullest.

After being through the Rapids of life , Physical and Emotional battered, Mentally drained, Spiritual confused at times and Socially isolated, Michelle has managed to fight my way back and now spends majority of the time ‘floating down a smooth river, every now and then hitting bumps and even the odd Waterfall’, but with the skills she has learnt over time she is able to get back to smooth sailing relatively quickly. Now sharing those skills with others.

Assisting women to deal with the River of Life is a true passion and Michelle is often heard saying ‘We are all born Princesses, we have just forgotten and I am here to remind each and every Women of this fact!’ Michelle has special place for those who dealing with Chronic pain, Anxiety, Depression and Women’s Health in general.
