Every leadership problem I've ever seen lives inside one of four boxes.

Purpose β€” Does everyone know where we're going, and why?
Partnership β€” Do your leaders actually trust each other, or just tolerate each other?
Performance β€” Are the standards explicit, or assumed?
Profit β€” Is it the outcome of aligned leadership, or the thing you chase in place of it?
