Nigel Tye - Master Coach & Leadership Strategist

Nigel Tye - Master Coach & Leadership Strategist As a Master Transformational Coach, I empower business owners and executives to unlock their leadership potential. Coaching is an art of listening.

Specializing in values-based leadership, I guide them and their teams to build trust, enhance communication, and achieve high performance. My passion is, and has always been, to help and heal people and enable them to live a fulfilling, rewarding and purposeful life. Seeing people follow their passions and achieving their goals; there is nothing more rewarding. Anyone, no matter status, wealth, a

ge or health, have dreams and goals that they once aspired to. These dreams and goals are based on their passions, loves, beliefs and hobbies. But somehow, we all get entrapped at times in the day-to-day rat race of life and years and opportunities fly by. My niche, my specialty, notwithstanding all my coaching qualifications, is to help people aspire to their truer self, work in and follow their passions. If you are not in a happy congruent place, are you truly making the right decisions in your life either? I love to build strong bonds with clients and help them in all aspects of their lives to find that balance that allows them to continually move forward with purpose. Using my vast personal, career and coaching skills I am solely committed to making my clients lives ones they aspire to and enjoy every day. Giving them the self-awareness and coping mechanisms to ultimately help themselves further down the line. When someone is allowed, permitted and is in a safe place and with great rapport and respect with their coach, they feel enabled to talk more freely than with friends, loved ones and colleagues. Having an external, non-judgmental, confidant who fully allows you to exhale and tell it from the heart, honestly, then huge strides can be taken. Coaching is not about telling you what to do!!!! It’s about enabling you to see your own true path, being guided outside your comfort zone, stretching your boundaries until together we find you on that path, strategically planned and supported together. Most importantly all the steps broken down into smaller chunks so you are continually achieving goals and moving towards those long-forgotten dreams and aspirations. My other attributes of my clinical career in the RAF seeing trauma daily on many overseas operational tours, managing large teams in sometimes hostile situations enables to stay calm, collected and focused. Therefore I am not fazed by any secrets or revelations my clients may think awkward or embarrassing. My level headedness and jovial character means that I build huge rapport with my clients and make them continually at ease whilst we manage the pathway to greater happiness or success, the goals are yours I’m the “call SIRI?” support. The type of professional coaching and support I offer is suitable for people and businesses alike. As an inspirational speaker, adapt and relaying my many stories to align metaphors and outcomes to fit all team, leadership and motivational requirements. I offer all perspective personal clients a $50, 45-minute session to meet and understand my dedication and passion for what I do but to also establish client rapport and their willingness to grow and change. This session will be complementary if a coaching package is purchased afterwards. If this inspires you to make a change to you, your relationship, your work /life balance please do not hesitate to contact me (details below), and lets start your new tomorrow TODAY.

A structural engineer built a $14M firm on being the best technical mind in the room. Eleven years in, he was still the only person who could sign off a design without a second look — which meant every project bottlenecked on his calendar, not his team's capability.

He didn't need more technical staff. He needed a structure that let his best people make calls without him in the room. Recognising that pattern — competence concentrated in one person becoming the ceiling, not the strength — is something I first saw a long way from any boardroom, coordinating medical response across an Olympic Village where the same failure mode nearly happened at a much higher cost. Different stakes, identical structure.

Six months on, three of his senior engineers now sign off independently on defined categories of work. He's not out of the business. He's out of the queue. Revenue didn't dip during the handover — it grew, because decisions stopped waiting on one calendar.

The business grew. The way it was led hadn't — until the structure changed, not the person.

This is what changed when the conversation finally happened. If your team's avoiding the same one, that's worth talking through.

Why does a Leadership-Alchemy Diagnostic run three hours, not thirty minutes?

Because thirty minutes gets you a symptom. Three hours gets you the structure underneath it.

Most leadership conversations stop at the first honest answer — "we're overloaded," "communication's broken," "the senior team doesn't trust each other." True, usually. Also not the actual finding. The actual finding is why: which decisions are routed through one person instead of a role, which conversations get avoided because there's no structure that forces them, which piece of the business is being held together by someone's individual effort instead of a system.

You don't get to that in thirty minutes. You get language for the pain, not the mechanism producing it. Three hours is what it takes to move from "here's what it feels like" to "here's what's actually wired this way, and here's the sequence to rewire it."

That's the entire point of the session — not a diagnosis you already suspected, a structural map you didn't have.

This is what the first session actually looks like. If you want to know what yours would surface, book 30 minutes — link in bio.

Somewhere in your business right now, a decision is sitting on your desk that shouldn't be there.

Not because you're slow. Not because you're a bottleneck by nature. Because at some point, the business grew past the structure that was supposed to route that decision somewhere else — and nobody rebuilt the structure. So it defaults back to you, the way water finds the lowest point.

You can see the shape of it if you look: the approval that takes three days because it's waiting on one signature. The project that stalls every time it needs a call only you feel qualified to make. The team that's technically capable and still asks first.

None of that is a discipline problem. It's what happens when the org chart hasn't caught up with the org.

The business grew. The way it's led didn't.

If that's familiar, it's worth a conversation before it becomes expensive.

When leaders feel the shift, teams do too.

This week’s feedback from a client said it all. More clarity. Better conversations. Less friction across the team. 🙌

That is what happens when leadership stops relying on guesswork and starts with a proper Diagnostic.

If your business is carrying pressure, silence, or inconsistency, let’s talk.

Most owners assume a diagnostic takes thirty minutes. A quick call, a few questions, a verdict.

It doesn't. And that's worth understanding before you book one.

Here's what actually happens in a Leadership-Alchemy Diagnostic session.

Before the session, a structured assessment goes out to your leadership team. Not a survey. A decision-grade set of questions designed to surface where direction, ownership, and accountability are actually being held, and where they've drifted.

That assessment lands on your desk as a pattern. You see, often for the first time, where the structure is holding and where it isn't, in your own words, from your own people.

The session itself is a working conversation. Not a presentation. You bring the assessment, you bring the questions it raises, and you walk out with a clear picture of where the leadership architecture is sound and where it's creating drag.

What it surfaces is rarely what you expected. Most owners arrive thinking the problem is one thing, and leave realising the problem is the structure around it.

A diagnostic isn't a sales conversation. It's a clarity conversation. And clarity, before commitment, is the most undervalued asset in a growing business.

This is what the first session actually looks like. If you want to know what yours would surface, book 30 minutes. Link below.

The leader of a values-driven organisation found herself on the floor with a team member, working through something that should never have reached her.

That was the moment it became visible. The organisation wasn't under-resourced. It was unled.

Good people. High care. No shortage of effort. And still, everything routed back to one person, because the leadership structure underneath her hadn't kept pace with what the organisation had become.

Two days off-site to reset her role. Two days with her senior team to redefine theirs. Then the two groups back in a room together, rebuilding how they'd work as a unit.

The Board endorsed the new structure without reservation, and is now rewriting the organisation's entire strategic plan around it.

This is what changed when the conversation finally happened. If your leadership team is carrying the same weight, that's worth talking through.

25 years under pressure changed everything.

Nigel Tye learned leadership in the Royal Air Force, where clarity, discipline, and trust were not optional. Today, that same lived experience helps business leaders strengthen culture, communication, and accountability.

If your leadership feels heavy, isolated, or harder than it should be, there is a better way.

Book a Leadership-Alchemy Diagnostic Introduction and gain clarity before commitment.

Four capable operators stepped into ownership for the first time in the same business. All overwhelmed. Everyone assumed they couldn't handle the step up.

They could. They were being pulled in two directions.

External development support was in place. On paper, sound. In practice, those four were receiving direction from an outside provider and expectations from the people who built the business, and the two didn't line up.

Nobody had noticed, because nobody was in a position to compare them.

The new owners felt they had no route back to ask which version was right. So they carried both.

That's what the overwhelm actually was. Not incapacity. The cost of holding two sets of instructions that couldn't both be true, with no way to resolve them.

The obvious read was that the development support was wrong. The real gap was that the business had delegated a relationship it needed to own.

The fix was a direct line, both ways. Once there was a channel to test direction against, the conflict resolved itself and most of the overwhelm went with it.

This is what changed when the conversation finally happened. If your team's avoiding the same one, that's worth talking through.

The same problem is being discussed in three different rooms this week, by three different people, none of whom will say it to each other.

That's not a communication issue. It's a structural one.

The business grew. The way it's led didn't. And the gap between those two facts is where most of your week disappears.

You see it in the meeting that exists because two people won't have one conversation.
In the decision waiting on your desk that shouldn't need you.
In the capable people carrying conflicting expectations because nobody is in a position to compare them.

None of that is a character problem. It's an architecture problem.

The business outpaced the structure that holds it. And until that structure catches up, the same conversations will keep happening in different rooms, with the same cost.

If that's familiar, it's worth a conversation before it becomes expensive. Link in bio.
