Wendy Lenehan. My amazing superstar. I am shouting from the rooftops today about this woman!

Wendy has been with me for the last 6 months. The picture on the left is when Wendy started with me and now check out how amazing she has done on her weight loss journey! This woman works so hard in my classes and gives every bit of energy she has. Wendy always comes in with a smile on her face and it stays throughout the class. Wendy’s fitness has improved , mobility and range of movement and is just absolutely smashing all her goals - here is what Wendy had to say about her journey...

“Since deciding to get healthier. I needed an exercise that was fun and didn’t feel like exercise. A friend introduced me to class 6 months ago. OMG I’m so grateful she did. It ticked all the right boxes for me. No Mirrors. No one watching you. No judging. Just a nightclub atmosphere without the bar. Charlottes energy is so infectious for the whole room. Because she does the whole class with you. Her energy goes up so does yours without you even realizing it. What a brilliant way to spend 45mins. My body shape has changed so much as well as my stamina. Clubbercise is for every level of fitness. You are in control of how hard you push yourself. Tuesday’s can’t come back around quick enough!

Class isn’t about losing weight it is about becoming fighter , healthier , having fun and being in a non judgemental space making friends. We are a small community with a lot of love and laughter to share!
