Yes! Just remember it could ALL WORK OUT BETTER THAN YOU IMAGINED!!! ✨💫🌟⭐️

“I think you should remember that things could work out better than you imagined.
Cos what if they do?
What if all your worries fade to grey and your sparkle comes back to you?
Yea what if you overthink the positives and demand more from your dreams?”

Dan Whitlam

Send this to someone who needs this beautiful reminder on a Friday morning! 🫶💗

Noah Kahan giving great advice…

“If you can Just be as Honest as you can and accept whatever that does for you
Live and Die by that.

Because you Never Have to CHANGE…
You never have to ADJUST!”
Noah Kahan

Q- How comfortable are you with being honest?

Love this!!!! 💖

1. Noticing. 👀
2. Ask yourself, Is this thought true and useful to me right now? 🤔

80 % of our thoughts are usually NOT true and not useful right now. ❌

You can notice the thought. 👀
You don’t have to engage with the thought. ❎

Why not give this mindfulness strategy a go and notice what shifts. ⭐️

If grief has ever touched your life, I think you’ll find something meaningful and powerfully beautiful here. 🤍

“See love doesn’t just disappear…

And I realised something, grief was never at the storm. It’s how I look at the world after it passes. ⛈️🌀

Because even through the heaviest storms, the ones you don’t think will end the worst moments of your life, you are always wrong.

It always does.”❕

Adam Russel, “Grief came to see me last night”.

I’d love to hear what resonates with you.

Look what arrived in the post?!?📬

Very excited to receive my Tribe of the Tree Flower Essences’!

Flower essences are liquid preparations made from the energetic imprint of flowers, traditionally used to support emotional wellbeing, insight and wisdom, energetic healing and personal growth. 🪻🥀🌻

As a counsellor, I’m always curious about tools that invite people to slow down, tune into themselves, and create space for meaningful self-reflection.

There’s something special about combining evidence-based counselling with practices that help us reconnect with ourselves, nature, and the stories we’re carrying. I can’t wait to explore these beautiful Australian-made essences and learn more about the wisdom they offer and inspire!

Check out Tribe of the Tree here for more info:-

Have you ever used flower essences as part of your counselling journey?

Thank you so much to Gosnells Riding & Pony Club for having me deliver workshops as part of Do It For Dolly 2026.

I loved every minute and was so impressed by the honesty, participation, and vulnerability shown by all of the riders.

Watching these young people openly explore important conversations around mental health, social media & online safety and what it means to build a pony club community where every rider feels safe, valued, and included was incredibly inspiring.

It was such a privilege to spend time with this wonderful community and to feel the supportive energy in the room.

The way these riders encourage and lift one another up is a true credit to the organisers and everyone involved.

Thank you for creating space for these conversations and for so clearly championing the wellbeing of your riders.

“The patterns that protected you may now be the patterns that limit you.”

Sometimes the ways we learned to cope such as people pleasing, overthinking, shutting down, staying busy, staying small, once helped us survive.

But what protected you then may no longer be serving the life you want now.

Self-awareness is not about judging yourself.
It’s about gently noticing:

Reflect:
What patterns keep showing up in your relationships, thoughts, emotions, or reactions?
What are they trying to protect you from?
And what might you be ready to let go of?

Awareness creates choice.
And choice creates change.

What pattern in your life are you beginning to see differently lately?

18/05/2026

“Awareness is the first act of change.”

Before change comes awareness.
Before healing comes noticing.

So much of what we do each day happens on autopilot - the same thoughts, reactions, fears, habits, and coping patterns repeating quietly in the background.

But the moment you begin to notice them with curiosity instead of criticism, something shifts.

Awareness creates space.
Space creates choice.
And choice is where change begins.

What is something about yourself you’ve become more aware of recently?

“There is grief in becoming.”

Growth is often spoken about as exciting, empowering, and beautiful.

But sometimes growth also feels lonely.

Because becoming someone new often means grieving who you once were.

Old identities. Old relationships. Old coping patterns. Old versions of life that once felt familiar and safe.

There can be sadness in outgrowing what no longer fits, even when it’s the right thing to do.

Healing is not only about gaining.
Sometimes it is also about letting go.

What part of yourself or your life are you learning to release lately?

Mother’s Day can feel incredibly layered for expat mums.

Building a new life while missing the one you left behind.

Parenting between cultures, countries, traditions, and time zones often without the village that once surrounded you.

Today is for the mums carrying this invisible weight with extraordinary love. 🤍
