Our Women’s Strength Training workshop is officially underway, and we’re already seeing women build confidence, learn new skills, and feel stronger in the weights room... but it’s not too late to be part of it!

Designed for women of all ages and abilities, these supportive sessions focus on safe, effective lifting techniques with step-by-step coaching, personalised feedback, and practical tips you can use every time you train.

Choose the session that suits you best — or do both!

🚧 Good news — upgrades are starting tomorrow! 🚧

We’re improving our Cycle Studio flooring and Wellness Studio HVAC and flooring, starting on May, 18 2026.

Our Cycle studio is anticipated to take two weeks and our Wellness studio three weeks. 🚴‍♀️

Our Gym is also getting a floor upgrade which will start on Monday, 15 June 2026, and will be closed for approximately three weeks. 🏋️

During these upgrades, the Performance Studio at LeisureFit Melville will be transformed into a temporary gym space so you can continue your usual workouts.

The space will be set up with a range of gym equipment to support training during this period. 💪

More information on bookings and access will be shared closer to the Gym upgrades. 🙏
