Disney Pastry Workshop with on 23rd March 2024. This is a newly created workshops and will be a hands-on class. At the end of the day each student will be bringing 9 pieces of these cute characters home. Agnes will be sharing her secret tips and tricks to achieving a well balanced crispy pastries, colour matching, temperature control and production on a bigger quantities. Hello PCB-ers, guess who is here to teach? No stranger to edible flower sculpture field! **drum rolls** That’s right! will be flying all the way from Thailand to show us how to make these beautiful cakes as well as sharing her secret technique from years of knowledge.

Please note that this will be a hands-on workshop and is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. We will be learning palette knives 3D sculptures and/or 2D brush painting.

I have been receiving many DMs on this workshop and finally have decided on design. As expected this will be a popular workshop so be sure to be the first to register.

Hello peeps, it has been awhile since I posted here. It’s flu season and everyone in the family is getting sick one after another. Apologies for the delayed response to everyone :) anyway our special guest Eedo will be here less than a month away. We will be throwing a special for anyone who’s taking Saturday (26th Aug) class. Eedo will be showing us how to pipe 4 of these cupcakes (it’s a demo, not hands-on) on top of the assorted flowers cake we will be learning for the day. At the end of the day we will be taking beautiful photos of these babies. Eedo is an artist, I’m sure all her students will be learning something valuable in her class 🎂
