Today marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week from 27 May to 3 June. It is a time to reflect on the role each of us plays in strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non Indigenous Australians.
This year’s theme, All In, is a powerful call to action, reminding us that reconciliation is not a moment in time, but an ongoing, collective commitment made every day.
National Reconciliation Week follows National Sorry Day (26 May), which honours Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, and recognises the enduring strength of Survivors.
At Navitas, our commitment to reconciliation continues through our 'Innovate' Reconciliation Action Plan, guided by Reconciliation Australia and the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues and friends.

A pathway experience may feel like a quiet step in your journey, but its impact can last a lifetime. Chirag’s journey began in the classroom through his pathway studies at International College Manitoba (ICM), where he built the academic foundations, practical skills, and confidence that would later be tested under real-world pressure in an accounting case competition. From structured learning to fast-paced decision-making, his pathway experience played a key role in shaping how he approaches challenges today.
