The biggest challenge was balancing his study/life/work during his studies.

His best advice to new international students is ‘Expose yourself, don’t be afraid of trying. The worst that can happen is to learn from your mistakes.’

So what does Ridma love about studying in Perth?

“So far I love everything about Perth. I like the weather here a lot. WA has a lot to offer. WA has the best and cleanest beaches in the world. As an international student, I think Perth is most affordable than other cities (I’ve friends studying at other states and when comparing with them, Perth has the best quality of life). You can never finish travelling here, because there’s lots. How can we forget about the sunsets. In my opinion west has the best sunsets in Australia.” 🌅

We live in an incredible city. We live in a city that has been spared from long lockdowns and large C19 outbreaks. We have so many great education providers working hard to support international students and we have a fantastic lifestyle in Perth, with great weather, places to explore and good food.
