I pulled a truck in the weekend! 💪
Dead keen to see if I could 😏
It takes a fair wack of courage to put yourself out there in any discipline.
This is why I love the gym and gym culture.
It lets you practice courage on a small scale.
Courage to walk through the doors, courage to try new things, courage to talk to new people, courage to learn new skills, courage to stretch yourself.
Pulling the truck was the easy bit, believing you can, is where the work is.
I’ve been in and out of gyms since I was 18.
18 years as a member, 4 years as a trainer, and it really doesn’t change 👇
If you walk through the doors, there are always people willing to help you.
To do the big thing, it always starts with the little thing. Then it’s just a matter of getting the reps in.
👉 You have no idea the impact your little acts of
courage will make on your loved ones. My boys think this is normal. Normal to put yourself out there, normal to ask for help, normal to persevere, normal to be proud of your achievements.
Small actions snowball into big things - SWING BIG!
❤️ A MASSIVE shout out to my good friend and training partner Elisa ❤️ 5:30am training is never hard to get up for, beyond grateful for all your support through the years 🙌✨
WA Strongman Thank you so much for having us! see you next year for round 2 💪🛻
