Our Education Centre caters to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, in dedicated, age-appropriate spaces providing a safe, inspiring and enriching environment where every child can thrive. Our play-based learning framework encourages exploration, creativity and critical thinking, empowering children to take charge of their learning journey. We offer tailored programs designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group:
• Nursery: (6 weeks-1 year): A nurturing, home-like environment that fosters a sense of security and trust.
• Babies: (1-2 years): A dedicated space designed to foster curiosity and extend on children's interest.
• Toddlers (2-3 years): Engaging in activities that promote independence, language development and social skills.
• Kindy (3-4 years): A space dedicated to nurture child-led interests whilst introducing our School Readiness program.
• Preschool (4-5 years): A stimulating curriculum that prepares children for their next educational steps through enquiry-based learning.
• Outside School Hours Care (OSHC): (5-12 years): Fun and enriching before and after-school programs, including holiday care, to support school-aged children’s growth and interests. Our passionate educators are dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for every child. ❤️ Paint the Town REaD❤️

We recently collaborated with Paint the Town REaD at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre coming together to support early literacy and encourage a lifelong love of books and reading within our local community.

Across The Atlantis Group, we collected pre-loved children’s books generously donated by our families, helping give these books a new home and the opportunity to be enjoyed by many more little readers.

To celebrate, our children also took part in a special reading session at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, where we shared stories together and celebrated the magic of reading.

Paint the Town REaD is a wonderful early literacy initiative that encourages communities to read, talk, sing and rhyme with children from birth, helping build strong foundations for language, communication and literacy.

A huge thank you to all of our Atlantis families and services who donated books and helped us support this wonderful community initiative. ❤️

🌟 HAPPY EDUCATORS WEEK!🌟

This week, we celebrate the incredible educators who bring so much care, patience, creativity and passion to our centre each and every day.

Thank you for the love and support you give our children, for creating meaningful learning experiences, for celebrating every little achievement, and for making each child feel safe, valued and supported.

Early childhood educators play such an important role in the lives of children and their families, and we are so grateful for the amazing team we have.

Kindy’s Science Week Adventure at Scitech!🪐✨

Our Kindy children recently extended their Science Week learning with an exciting excursion to Scitech — a full day of exploring, investigating and getting hands‑on with all the incredible interactive science experiences. There was curiosity, excitement and so many wonderful conversations as the children discovered new things and explored how the world around them works.

But the highlight of the day was definitely the space show!

We were taken on an amazing space‑time adventure through the Solar System — from the scorching surface of Mercury all the way out to icy Pluto and beyond!

The children were completely captivated as they learned about the wonders and dangers of space, discovering just how unique and precious our home planet Earth really is. The journey had everyone glued to the show as we travelled through some of the most extreme places in our Solar System.

It was such a fantastic way to extend our Science Week learning and inspire our Kindy children to keep wondering, questioning, investigating and discovering. 🔭✨

🍎 The Very Hungry Caterpillar in Pre-Kindy! 🦋

The Pre-Kindy room has thoughtfully brought The Very Hungry Caterpillar to life! They began by reading the story together and exploring what he ate through the week.

The children got creative and made their own colourful droplet caterpillars, carefully using droppers to add colour and create their designs. 🐛

To finish their Very Hungry Caterpillar journey, the children created their own beautiful symmetry butterflies! 🦋
They added paint to one side of the paper, folded it over and pressed it together before opening it up for the exciting reveal. There were lots of smiles and excitement as the children discovered the colourful mirrored patterns they had created!

From a tiny egg, to a hungry caterpillar, and finally a beautiful butterfly, the Pre-Kindy children loved bringing this much-loved story to life through storytelling, creativity and hands-on discovery!

What a wonderful Book Week we’ve had!

This week, our educators brought a much-loved story to life with our very own version of Where Is the Green Sheep?, involving children and educators from across the whole centre.

Throughout the day, our Red Sheep, Yellow Sheep and Orange Sheep were spotted busy at work around the centre… but there was one very important question on everyone’s mind:

💚 Where is the Green Sheep? 💚

The children absolutely loved joining in the search, and finding the Green Sheep quickly became the topic of the day! There was so much excitement, laughter and conversation as the children wondered where she might be hiding.

Bringing stories to life through playful experiences like this supports children’s love of literacy, imagination, communication and sense of belonging, while creating wonderful shared memories across our centre.

We think our sheep may have had just as much fun as the children! 🐑❤️💛🧡💚

Extending Children’s Learning Through Family Voices

Following our learning and discussions during Dental Health Week, the children’s interest in health, wellbeing and caring for others continued to grow.

Listening to both children’s ideas and family voices, our educators extended this emerging interest by transforming our dramatic play space into a Doctors’ Clinic.

The children have enjoyed taking on different roles as doctors, nurses and patients, using their imagination and real-life experiences as they check heartbeats, care for their friends and explore what happens when we visit a doctor.

Through this play-based experience, children are developing their communication and social skills, empathy, confidence and understanding of health and wellbeing, while making meaningful connections between their experiences at home and their learning at the centre.

We love seeing children and families voices help shape our curriculum and guide where our learning takes us next! 🩺💙

There’s nothing quite like sharing a story with a little one! ❤️ Reading with and to children aged 0–5 helps build language, communication, imagination and a lifelong love of books — and it’s never too early to start!

This Book Week, we’re inviting our families to join us at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre for some bookish fun, stories and adventures as we celebrate the magic of reading together. 📖🌈

Our Kindy children recently headed out on an excursion into our local community to visit the Salvation Army, with a very special mission- to find some new clothes and accessories to freshen up our garden scarecrows!

The children enjoyed looking through the clothing and making their own choices, selecting jeans, a dress, a shirt and some new hats for our scarecrows. Back at the centre, it was time to get to work! The children helped give the scarecrows some fresh stuffing before dressing them in their wonderful new outfits.

This experience was a fantastic opportunity to connect with our local community while supporting children’s understanding of sustainability, reusing and repurposing pre-loved items. It also encouraged decision-making, teamwork and a sense of responsibility for caring for our garden environment.

Our scarecrows are now looking fresh and ready to get back to work protecting our garden! 🌻🌿
