YOUR BRAIN FOLLOWS WHAT YOU REPEATEDLY PRACTICE
Most people think change begins when they make a decision.
But a decision is only the beginning.
Because your brain is constantly learning from what you repeatedly do.
Every time you react the same way…
Think the same thought…
Enter the same emotional state…
You are giving your nervous system another experience to learn from.
And eventually, what was once a conscious choice can become an automatic response.
This is why changing your life can feel so difficult.
You are not only changing a behavior.
You are challenging a pattern your brain has become familiar with.
So the question isn't simply…
“What do I want to change?”
The deeper question is…
“What am I repeatedly practicing?”
Because what you practice today may become what feels natural tomorrow.
What are you practicing?
