Great to see this projec taking shape at West Residences in Mount Lawley.

PerfMet Engineering is proud to be delivering the aluminium screens, architectural balustrades and acoustic louvre systems that wrap this distinctive curved façade.

The detailing on this building has been a great challenge for our team, particularly working through the curved geometry and ensuring the screens integrate cleanly with the architectural intent. Seeing it come together on site is always rewarding.

A big thank you to the team at Willing Build — a fantastic builder to collaborate with and a team that consistently runs a well-organised project.

The job isn’t complete yet, but it’s already looking impressive and we’re looking forward to seeing the final result.
