| National Simultaneous Storytime |

Our Year 1 students loved taking part in National Simultaneous Storytime, enjoying Luna Roo read by our Principal, Mr Antulov.

There were plenty of smiles as the story came to life, with students joining children right across Australia in this special celebration of reading.

Media students are now in full production mode, filming suspense, comedy and action films. Here are some behind the scenes images. We are equally excited to share that from 2027, Frayne students will be able to study ATAR Media for the first time!

| Japanese - Year 5 |
Our Year 5 Japanese students recently stepped into the role of global communicators.
As part of their learning, students confidently shared presentations in Japanese with their partner school in Japan, speaking about their favourite things and what they like. From hobbies and foods to sports and school life, it was wonderful to see their language skills come to life.
This experience not only strengthened their speaking and listening skills, but also helped build cultural connections and confidence in real-world communication. We are so proud of their effort, enthusiasm, and courage in communicating across languages.

| The Jazz Lounge |

The Mercy Gardens came alive last Wednesday evening with the sounds of jazz, as students delivered outstanding performances in a truly magical jazz lounge atmosphere. From smooth ensemble numbers to impressive solo performances, the evening was filled with wonderful music, community spirit, and a classic after-hours jazz vibe.

We have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback from families, staff, and guests, and we are so proud of all of our dedicated student performers and Music staff who made the evening such a success.

A sincere thank you to everyone who attended and supported this special new Performing Arts event. Your support means so much to our students and helps our program continue to flourish.

| Frayne Eats |

Our Year 9 Foods students took part in the exciting Frayne Eats challenge today and what a delicious success it was!

Working in teams, students selected a country to explore, carefully planned a menu, designed creative packaging, and brought their ideas to life in the kitchen. From concept to creation, every detail was thoughtfully considered.

The final step? Delivering their dishes to some very grateful staff who were more than happy to taste test the incredible results!

A fantastic showcase of teamwork, creativity and culinary skills. Well done to all involved!

| Year 12 Foods |

Our Year 12 Foods students have been busy in the kitchen this week, creating vibrant and nourishing Buddha Bowls. From colourful fresh ingredients to beautifully balanced flavours, their dishes looked as impressive as they tasted.

And the aroma? Absolutely incredible! The room was filled with the most delicious smells, a true feast for the senses. Well done to our talented students

| Year 4 Reflection Day |

Today, our Year 4 students were blessed with beautiful sunshine as they took part in their Reflection Day. Surrounded by the warmth of the day, they stepped away from their usual routines to pause, reflect and grow together.

Days like today are a special reminder of the importance of nurturing not only learning, but also the hearts and spirit of our students.
