What a day.

Yesterday was our first home open for the Smart Plus Shell CLT project, and it was such a beautiful day on site.

We had a great turnout, wonderful conversations and a fantastic presentation by Daniel Kress about the building, the CLT structure and why this construction method is such an exciting option for Perth homes.

The questions were brilliant too.

People wanted to know about speed, comfort, insulation, windows, fire, cost and what it actually feels like to stand inside a CLT building.

These are exactly the questions we need more people asking.
