Hello beautiful people!
Firstly would like to thank you all for your support here on this page which is now no longer in use (as you can probably guess). After having my first babygirl Zahlia who is now almost 3, I got really serious about my soul purpose and exactly what I wanted to be serving in the world - my life and passion took a different route and here I am now facilitating and working in the field of Embodiment.
The last 5-6 years has lead me to furthering my studies going delving from nutritional medicine into deeper healing in ta***ic studies, somatic experiencing & trauma within the body and completing my Ta**ra Practitioner Training.
I would like to invite you to like and follow my new page SoulSpace Co as I'm on a mission to empower men and women to speak their truth, let go of their limiting beliefs and past trauma and step into their power, embody self-worth and have passionate, thriving, connected relationships. Feeling emotionally and sexually empowered is the birth right we are given to express our true selves and feel complete liberation.
I work in-person and online with clients through sessions where I allow them to tap into their unconscious (emotional body) holding complete safety and presence for them to express whatever is alive in them and needs to be released. I work with women primarily and have just launched my very new 6 week program The Embodied Woman Blueprint. This program is designed for women to take them from overwhelmed, exhausted, body conscious and stressed nervous system to a state of freedom, feeling emotionally grounded, sensual, joy, empowered and fully in their power to live the lifestyle they desire.
I've shared the details below for those interested to know more.

Are you a woman in a relationship who values well-being and self-care? Are you a creative woman who desires deeper intimacy and connection? Are you a woman who wants to feel emotionally grounded and fully in your power and expression?
How are you supposed to feel emotionally grounded, powerful & sexy in your own body if you are your own inner critic, make no time for self-care, are constantly stressed in a state of fight or flight and judging yourself, feel contracted in your body, are surrounding yourself with negative energy/people and are unable to express your needs and unsure what they even are?
Is it actually possible to fully express yourself and have deep, connected, authentic relationships without fearing judgement, feeling rejected and people pleasing?! 🤯
I bet you’ve tried meditating, exercising, counselling, taking time out, having a holiday, meditation apps, mindfulness and overachieving... And nothing has quite worked for you, right?
I hear you asking how do you find the ⏰ TIME ⏰ to drop in and process your emotions, connect authentically purely from the heart space, feel embodied and empowered in who you are and why you are here… if you're a super busy woman, mother, wife, business owner or business creative creating the business you desire or have a full time job?
How do you justify spending money on reading material, online courses, mindfulness apps & weight management tools, if you barely use them or haven’t addressed the root wound of what is actually playing out in your life causing you to stay in this self-sabotage loop?
😨 Why is it so nerve-racking to openly express how you actually feel, what you long for, your desires and your needs in your relationship and speak your truth?
Is the constant battle to freely be yourself, feel sexy in your own skin, have a thriving relationship and express exactly who you are really worth it?
Can you really feel empowered as a woman without feeling into your emotional power and healthy sexuality?
🤔 And when should you make time to have authentic & vulnerable conversations and express your truth?
🤔 Should you even feel into your needs and desires?

This is just one way I appreciate some self love time. The rest involves time out in nature, wining and dining, hot baths, food ventures, connecting with myself, connecting with family and friends, meditating, cooking, reading, dancing, writing, creating, getting creative, exploring, venturing out to new hot food spots, gourmet hearty food, nights out with the girls, travelling and much more 💖

TAG a NEW MAMA or Mumma-to-be

The support I have received from my husband, mum, family and friends has been amazing and everyone has played their part.
Another thing being a mumma has shown me is if you don’t have an answer you’ll soon do what you need to do to find one, and quick!
Balance is key. So is self love. To provide and nourish you must first make sure your cup is full to overflow with love as being a mother. I take regular baths for relaxation, weekly massages for core alignment and strength, time out just to be, daily walks for physical health, friend chats for mental and emotional health, research and lots of reading for clarity 🤣 and music and mindfulness for balance and to restore daily. Time in between I do what I love and what lights my soul up.
I’m going to be blogging on some hot topics and the first one up is around organisation for new Mummas! Tag a new Mumma or Mumma-to-be 💜
To all the mothers out there thank you for what you do. What you stand for. What you allow and for how much love you give.

I love being a Mum. I’ve absolutely loved the first 5 weeks. What’s not to love seriously!
Yes there are challenges, we’ve had our 2.5 weeks of back to back nights of almost no sleep between 2-7am. That’s colic for ya! Poor little bubs and what they go through whilst their digestive system is still developing! Yet I’m grateful for the block sleep which we have got and our approach and intention to parenthood in general.

There’s so much bu****it in this world and so much stuff that just doesn’t matter. And so much that does matter. Birthing our little girl Zahlia has enforced this even more so and empowered even more alignment through my veins.

The last 6 weeks I’ve rarely been on social media and gosh has it been liberating! Liberating to know I don’t need to show up for anyone else but my husband and my baby girl. The clarity I’ve received from not scrolling social media and absorbing other people’s energy is quite nice to be honest! Don’t get me wrong I do love interacting and being in the know but a break every now and then is crucial. Crucial for the mind and soul. There’s so much greatness on here yet so much bu****it. People just know that a lot of the bu****it you see on here is just a snippet, it’s not the whole picture it never really is. It’s about not getting caught up in it all, not caring about what others are doing and just accepting that some is bu****it and some is greatness, that is all. Simple. I hear so many people complain about the highlight reel, just accept it, it’s this day and age. Make a change, do your part and start being real on here and things will shift, the flow on effect, globally no doubt!

Being a mother is beautiful. Some days in your pjs caring and providing nourishment all day long. Other days out and about catching up with friends and foodie adventures! Some moments are hard and challenging, sometimes you have no control, it’s all about surrendering to your little one and the unknown and accepting that’s the way it is. The same intention I had around the birth. Surrender and trust all that is. Support is key.
