As a dedicated team, we work in collaborative ways to share our knowledge and expertise. Positive encouragement and reinforcement are used as tools to guide children towards reaching positive behaviours. Our aim for the children is to build high self-esteem and self worth. We understand the importance of reflective practice to influence our decisions and lead to more detailed understandings of how

to work with children. We play and work with children to discover ideas, provide opportunities for learning and engage in active research alongside them. We acknowledge that learning is life-long and Educators are committed to ongoing training and learning in the childcare field.

We will be Celebrating 'National Pyjama Day' this year from 14th - 19th July 2019!
National Pyjama Day is all about wearing your PJ's to daycare, and spreading awareness, as well as collecting donations, which will go to helping the lives of children in Foster Care.
