These is one of most rewarding jobs that I am lucky to facilitate.
Aged care residents absolutely love my classes.
They feel alive, engaged and happy.
The music and movement provides them with improved motor function, mental and physical increased well being.
Many of the aged care facilities have said that this class is the "most popular class"
The residents sing, clap, laugh and dance to the music.They feel so happy and engaged that they stand up and dance with me.
When this happens everyone in the room feel elevated.

In line with the government mandates, from tomorrow, proof of double vaccination is required to attend fitness classes, gyms, sports centres, dance studios etc.
This includes our Zumba Gold classes.
Please be sure to bring along your vaccination certificate, either on your phone or a printed version.
This is a strange and unprecedented time and something I thought I’d never have to do.
I appreciate your support and kindness during the next few weeks while we navigate and implement this requirement.
