Aaaaaannnnnd we are OPEN for School Holiday bookings! Get in quick because these go fast!!

I have four sessions on 5th & 6th October at the Guides Hall for three hours each session.
Or come and find me at in Bullcreek on the afternoon of the 7th and 8th October.
All suitable for 8-13 years of age, kits and sewing machines provided; just bring a water bottle and nut-free snacks.

I had four patterns when I launched my sewing patterns two years ago this month. 🍾 The Crescent Moon Bag is sort of my fave of that initial group. The pattern is available for download from my website for $15 but there are also paper patterns and kits as well.
I love the shape and that pocket at the front that can be bold, decorated and useful all at the same time! The bag can be made in denim, vinyl, fake leather or fabric. Add piping for an extra bit of bling.

Last month I taught a session at as part of their awesome Holiday Program (and I'm not calling it that just cos I was there).
I loved these felt bags and other fabric projects on the wall of the sewing classroom. The details achieved with the felt on those 'packages' was phenomenal. I will be back at the college in the October holidays and I can't wait to see what they have made this term.

I had four patterns when I launched my sewing patterns two years ago this month. 🍾 The Simple Purse was the first cab off the rank, as they say. Lined with two credit card slots and a full width pocket.
🪡I had been making it for a few years and it's a great beginner project. I use this one in my childrens classes and they love it.

In the first week of the After School Sewing Club we made a little wallet big enough for ear buds or a gift card.

Next Monday we will start cutting our first bag. Sew-per exciting times!! (C'mon it's not Friday without at least one pun 😆).
