We train hard.
We push ourselves.

But recovery, regulation and connection matter too.

The body keeps the score.
Stress, emotions, pressure, trauma, overwhelm… it all lives somewhere in the body if we never create space to process it.

That’s why next week’s offerings are designed to support the other side of growth too.
Not just physical performance — but nervous system support, emotional release, connection and regulation.
