βοΈ Congratulations at Caralee! βοΈ
We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of our very own superstar athlete, Kayley Lassig! πββοΈππ§‘
Kayley recently qualified for two events at the WA State Junior Track & Field Championships held at WA Athletics Stadium, an outstanding accomplishment in itself! Even more impressive, Kayley is a bottom-of-age athlete. At just 11 years old, she is competing in the U13 division, meaning sheβll still be eligible to compete in this age group again next year! π
She didnβt just competeβ¦ she starred! π
οΏ½π₯ Silver Medal β U13 Girls 80m Hurdles
οΏ½π₯ Bronze Medal β U13 Girls Long Jump
To stand on the podium in both events, competing against older competitors is an absolutely phenomenal achievement.
We are very proud of you Kayley and are loving following your journey!! Congratulations! ππ§‘

How lucky are we at Caralee! ππ
Today we were fortunate enough to have James Depane from WA Football drop in with some pretty special guests ahead of this weekendβs State of Origin clash. None other than Brownlow Medallist Matt Rowell alongside Noah Anderson and Tristan Xerri!
Our students were treated to a fantastic chat with the boys, some autograph signing and the chance to hear firsthand what it takes to compete at the elite level. There may be a few future AFL stars inspired todayβ¦ ππͺ
We are so appreciative that the boys took time out of their busy schedules to visit our school, chat with students and inspire the next generation. Experiences like this mean so much to our kids and our community.
We wish them all the very best for the big game this weekendβ¦ we truly doβ¦ π
But letβs be clear, weβll be cheering loud and proudβ¦ GO WA! ππ€
Thank you again for an unforgettable visit!
