Wow... very interesting read

It is speculated that the mechanical resonances of vibro-acoustic frequencies causes oxygenation of our blood cells. This may be one of the reasons why sound is so healing. Oxygen is needed for cellular function and can kill bacteria and cause resistance to infection. Oxygen stimulates the creation of new blood vessels and also aids growth factors to form new skin. John Stuart Reid of England, a scientist and one of the major purveyors of cymatics, is doing very interesting research into the effects of sound upon our blood. This may provide a most important understand of how sound affects our physical body.

There’s so much interest in finding the music that is “best” for us, and so many different sources telling us what that music is. Let us honor our own power of understand what sounds and music have the most beneficial effects upon on. If you like to listen to a particular music, try it for whatever situation it is. It will often be more effective than anything else that may be recommended. What works for us may be very much tailored to our own musical tastes and preferences. Be open to exploring the incredible world of music that is available. There’s so much there to experience. But also honor what resonates with us. Remember: “We are all unique vibratory beings”.

This beauty found its way to me. This is the latest invention from the pioneer of the singing bowl manufacturing. The rod in the middle is for amplifying vibrations. There are so many possibilities here :) In addition it has a great singing voice. :D👍🧘‍♀️💝
