Two sisters, one medal from today’s competition 🥉💪
Well done to Lotta for winning a bronze medal in the U10 tournament today! We are also very proud of big sister Dory for her excellent performance in the U12 category.
No medal this time for Dory, but today was another great lesson and experience.
“What doesn’t break you makes you stronger.”
Now we keep training and looking forward to the next challenge in 3 weeks’ time! 🔥👏

Your hard work, discipline, focus, and determination truly paid off. Some students walked onto the mats nervous, but they pushed through with strength and heart — and that is what karate is really about. Not just learning techniques, but building resilience, respect, discipline, and belief in yourself. We couldn’t be prouder of every single student who gave their absolute best yesterday. Congratulations on your achievement — you earned it! Thank you to all families for the constant support and encouragement along the way.
The journey continues… and this is only the beginning. Oss! 🥋🔥

Sometimes parents bring their kids to karate thinking they're coming to learn how to fight...
but over time they discover that here they learn something much more important.
Learn to stand up when they are afraid.
To control your emotions when everything beats you inside.
To have discipline even when no one forces you to.
To respect, listen and believe in themselves.
Because behind every kid in uniform...
there's a heart trying to find its way.
And though today he only looks like a small one taking his first steps, someday he will remember this place as the place where he started to feel stronger, safer, and more capable.
Karate doesn't just shape athletes.
Form people who learn to face life with courage.

Than 🇲🇰2011, 2013 and now 🇳🇿2026 …Again united with my dear friend Dr Prof Zoglev..former Rector of UKLO Macedonia University and one of the best Macedonian karate athletes from old school 🙂
That time he honoured us as at his office after we won gold and silver at EUSA European Universities Championships in Sarajevo and Budapest and silver at FISU World Championship in Bar 2014.

Karate is more than the belt.
More than physical training.
It’s discipline when no one is watching.
It’s respect — for your teachers, your opponents, and yourself.
It’s learning control, not just power.
The belt may show your progress,
but your character shows your true level.
Karate is a way of life.
