What an amazing day we had commemorating our 60 Years of McDougall Magic! An epic bake sale, the delicious smell of sausage sizzle wafting in the air, excited children engaged in creating magical masterpieces, an awesome dragon keeping watch, face painting, caffeine, a photobooth, story readings and an exhibition to inspire walks down memory lane - what more could you ask for!

This would not have been possible without the wonderful McDougall Kindy community coming together to pull off such a successful feat!

Thank you to all our fantastic parent volunteers - past and present, for giving our Kindy the celebration that it deserves!

Thank you to the City of South Perth for helping us showcase the Magic of McDougall!

Special thanks to the South Perth Library for their assistance with creating our exhibition and Mayor Greg Milner - City of South Perth for reading to our special guests.

We had two very lovely mornings celebrating the million-and-one things mothers do. The children pampered their special person with a "professional" manicure, a deliciously decorated cupcake, a lavender scented potion, a bracelet/necklace and a photo with our gorgeous rainbow made with the children's flower drawings.
Last but not least, a one-of-a-kind Mother's Day card, a personalised pendant and an artistically painted flower pot to say how much "We Love You!" THANKS, MUMS!!

We're looking forward to spoiling our Kindy Mums and mother figures this week at our Mother's Day Morning! 📸❤️🧪🧁💅

If you're planning on attending, we would love you to please bring in a Kindy photo 📸that you could donate to the McDougall collection. We are particularly looking for photos from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s. 💛

We are hoping to build out our class photo and kindy archive so if you can help us, it would be much appreciated.
