New 5.0-star Review: "I did the Fast Track Barista course on 04/06/2026 at 09:00 for 7 hours and it turned into such a goodβfun caffeine adventure where we had unlimited coffee and milk to practice, Jessie taught us everything from coffee history, measuring coffee properly to steaming milk at the perfect temperature and making seven of Australiaβs favourite coffees (including the iconic flat white, the true national hero), and then surprised us with a speed test that made us feel like weβd accidentally joined a friendly reality TV challenge but still smiling the whole time, and Jessie was such a legendβfunny, patient, full of real cafΓ© wisdom, and giving feedback faster than a morning coffee rushβthat the whole experience was so enjoyable and the practice so helpful that we all wished it was more than a oneβday course, and honestly if the school ever offers a 2β3 day version in the future I will definitely be signing up because it was fun, informative, slightly chaotic in the best way, and now my family thinks Iβm secretly opening a cafΓ© at home thanks to Jessieβs magnificient training."
