What an incredible day we had at the Angelo Street Party on Saturday! ☀️🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Studio 64 stall — it was so lovely meeting so many local families and being part of such a vibrant community event.

Our activities were a big hit, from scoop-a-duck to our guess the Lego jar, and of course the always-popular face painting 🎨✨ We loved seeing so many smiling faces

A very special thank you to Dasha, Diksha, Fernanda, Generous, Ella and Michael — your energy, effort and positivity truly made the day what it was. We’re so lucky to have such an amazing team 💛

Events like this are such a special way for us to connect with our community beyond the centre, and it really reflects what we’re all about — building strong, genuine relationships with families.

🌺 Lest We Forget 🌺

This week at Studio 64 South Perth, our children explored the meaning of ANZAC Day through hands-on, meaningful experiences.

Through our sensory messy play, the children engaged with natural elements—pinecones, rosemary, and poppies—creating space for gentle conversations about remembrance and respect ❤️

In another lovely play experience, our little chefs worked together to make traditional ANZAC biscuits. From measuring and mixing to watching them bake, this experience encouraged teamwork, patience, and a connection to tradition. And of course… enjoying the delicious results was a highlight! 🍪

These experiences help children begin to understand the importance of remembrance in a way that is age-appropriate, respectful, and engaging.

We will remember them. 🌹

What a special day at the centre today! Our wonderful hairdresser Mel—who has been part of our community for nearly 2 years—visited us again for our much-loved haircut day 💛

The children absolutely love watching the magic happen, chatting with Mel, and proudly showing off their fresh new looks! There’s always so much excitement (and a few giggles!) as each child takes their turn in the chair ✨

A highlight today was having one of our dads join in with his son for a haircut—such a beautiful moment to share together 🥹💙

A big shoutout as well to our amazing educator Lesley, who supported throughout the day—helping children feel calm, comfortable and confident during their haircut. We’re so lucky to have such caring and dedicated educators ❤️

This is one of the many little extras we offer to make life easier for families while creating meaningful, real-life experiences for the children.
