Same theory, different result.

It's the same with your training.

Yes, you might be doing the exercise, but are you getting the results you expect?

A bit like this hacked up piece of chicken breast on the right hand side of the plate.

Yep, the cook was good, but the ex*****on was poor (slicing technique) and the result was worse (drier, awkward chunks) than if it had been done differently. No more effort, just technique.

Same goes for your workout. Yep you might have all the gear, but how's your technique? If you're working hard but not seeing results, there's a reason why.

If you're pumping out reps not thinking about the muscles you're actually trying to work and whether or not your body is in the correct position to hit those muscles, you're leaving your gains on the table. And possibly heading towards an annoying injury.

Train with someone who knows what they're doing and watch your progress 🚀🚀

Sometimes the best way to decide what to do going forward, is to reflect on what didn't work well in the past.

If someone was watching your life play out over the last 12 months, what would they have noticed?
