🌟 Our student leaders recently attended the Dream and Lead Conference at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, an inspiring event focused on developing leadership skills and confidence.
Hosted by Bonnie and Liam, the conference featured powerful presentations from guest speakers Brooke, Lexi and Will. Brooke shared her personal wellness journey and resilience after surviving a serious accident. Lexi spoke about overcoming feelings of isolation and not feeling good enough, which led her to create the app HerHelp to support other women facing similar challenges. Will shared his journey from wanting to be a YouTuber to creating YLAA at just 15 years old.
Our student leaders returned with valuable insights about leadership, including the importance of honesty, courage, resilience and responsibility. They also reflected on how leadership provides opportunities to contribute to the school community and take part in unique experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
We are proud of our student leaders for representing our school and continuing to grow as confident and capable leaders.
