An engaging night of inspiring stories, industry insights and connections at our Practice of Engineering Dinner⚙️

Our residents had the opportunity to hear from industry leaders - Georgian Kate Cullen (2013), Chris Torrisi and Jonathan Hill, who shared insights from their varied careers across engineering, manufacturing and resources. From contributing to the Ford Ranger across multiple countries, to 16 years at BHP, leading subsea systems at Woodside and now working at Lynas Rare Earths, our speakers offered valuable perspectives on the opportunities and pathways available within engineering.

An evening of great conversation, connection and insight at our Practice of Finance & Accounting Dinner 💼📈

We were fortunate to hear from three accomplished leaders in the industry: Jane Bailey, Andrew Wackett (1986) and Nicholas Draper.

Jane is the Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Perth Audit practice and is also a member of the National Audit Leadership team. Andrew is a Georgian, has held senior accounting and finance roles at organisations including Wesfarmers and Macquarie and is also a member of our Foundation Board. Nicholas is a Senior Stockbroker at Euroz Hartleys, specialising in wealth and portfolio management and has been involved with the College in a professional capacity for over 20 years. Both Andrew and Nicholas serve on our Investment Committee, of which Andrew is also Chair.
