Congratulations 🦎 Goannas for being the winning faction for our 2026 CPS Cross Country! 🏆🙌What a beautiful day it was for a run! We were super proud of the excellent growth mindset and resilience of our students as they tackled the course. A massive thanks to Mrs Hutton for preparing the students for the event, for the preparation that made the day run beautifully and for being the best sports teacher ever. Thanks to Mrs Oakes, our staff and wonderful parents and community for making the day amazing. Thanks also to Mrs Lambert for scoring and Mrs Terry Short for her excellent running .

Connolly Primary School will hold its Faction Cross Country on Friday, 22nd May 2026.
All students from Pre-Primary to Year Six will participate. We look forward to a great day. Don’t forget there will be a coffee van located in the staff carpark from 8:00am - yum.

🌿✨ Year 1 Step Back in Time at Buckingham House! ✨🌿
Our Year 1 students enjoyed a wonderful excursion to Buckingham House, where they stepped back into the 1880s and explored a beautifully preserved four-room limestone and iron cottage once home to prominent Wanneroo families. Students were fascinated to see how people lived in the past, as they explored the rooms and surroundings. A highlight for many was visiting the Old Wanneroo School House (opened in 1899), where they learned about what school was like long ago. 💛

Year 6 Camp 2026- Day 1. Making memories at Woodman Point. A big thanks to our staff for making this experience happen. We hope our Year 6 have a great time and go to sleep early tonight all ready for Day 2. 🤣
