📌 Please note: the ordering cut‑off has CHANGED this year. ⏰ Cut‑off is now 6pm TUESDAY before delivery day, it used to be Wednesdays. There are no extensions, so please pop a reminder in your phone to avoid missing out.

Important Reminders

* 👀 Update your child’s class number on Qkr! before ordering!
* 🕕 Cut-off is 6pm Tuesday, before delivery day — no extensions, so set a reminder!
* ❌ Cancellations must be made before cut-off
* 🏫 If your child is absent, please arrange pickup with the school
* 👧👦 Ordering for multiple children? Place each order under the correct child’s name
* 🍕 Pizza orders: ONE order per student
* ➡️ Multiple pizzas under one name will be packed into one box

RRE, Consent and Sexuality Education Parent Survey Results!

🌟 Congratulations to Crystal T, Cortney K and Carrie K, who have each won a $50 Coles Myer gift card 🌟

The school would like to thank all families who completed the Respectful Relationships, Consent and Sexuality Education Parent Survey. Your feedback has provided valuable insights that will guide how these programs are supported, delivered and resourced across our school.

A strong theme in the responses was interest in a parent information evening. In response, the school will be hosting a series of parent information sessions in Week 4 of Term 2.

📢 UNIFORM SHOP UPDATE
Thank you for your orders and your patience as we wrap up a busy time of the year. Now that the dust has settled, we have updated our shop hours as below and want to ensure all families are aware of the shop policies that were confirmed at our first P&C meeting of the year.

🛒 Online Ordering
We have moved to an online‑only ordering platform. You’re welcome to visit the shop to check sizing, but all orders must be placed online.

🧾 Sales Policy
-Please ensure sizes are correct before ordering.
-We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
-No refunds, all sales are final.

📦 Collection & Delivery
-Orders must be collected within 4 weeks of being packed.
-If you select delivery to class, orders must be placed by 9am Monday for deliveries on Tuesday morning.
-We are not responsible for missing items once they have left the store or been delivered to class.

⏰AGM followed immediately by our first General Meeting for the year

The AGM includes the election of office bearers for 2026.

All positions will be declared vacant, and new and returning members are warmly encouraged to nominate.

🌯Our New Friday Lunchtime Hero – Jenna! 🍕

We’re excited to introduce Jenna, who has stepped into the Friday Lunch Coordinator role for Term 1 and she’s already doing an amazing job.

We’ve made a few adjustments behind the scenes, but as they say, not all heroes wear capes. Thanks to her, Friday lunches are back on track for Term 1!

Please join us in giving her a big warm welcome and a huge thank you for keeping our kids fed and happy. 💛🙌
