This is sadly the reality for so many wedding pros because this industry has normalised:

🙈 Undercharging
🙈 Over-working
🙈 No money during off-season

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Once you make the shift from acting like a busy creative to treating your business like a CEO - everything changes.

It means critically looking at the numbers and understanding how much you need to charge to actually be profitable [likely A LOT more based on allllll those hours you’re putting in for each couple 😰]

It looks like implementing a sales process that converts easily and reduces ghosting [this not only saves you time but also boosts your $$$]

Repeat after me…

A seasonal business DOES NOT have to mean seasonal income 💯

But for some reason, most wedding pros are rolling over and just accepting that’s the way it has to be 🙈

When you have a strategy for generating leads on repeat and a sales process that converts without heavy reliance on you = you create year-round revenue 👏🏼

This means you can stop relying on peak season for all your income and start engineering your cashflow and make it more streamlined and consistent 🔥

For my clients, this one shift alone is a huge freaking exhale and enough to dispel all the stress about money.

Because for most women, we don’t necessarily want a s**t load more cash - we’re just craving safety and sustainability in our bank account 🤍
