Working FIFO in Australia with no guaranteed gym access…
And he still lost 7kg.
No perfect schedule.
No consistent routine.
Holidays in the middle of it.
Sometimes just a hotel room and a workout he could do in 20 minutes.
But here’s what he did have,
A plan that worked around his life.
Not against it.
We stopped trying to control everything and focused only on what he could control.
His food choices on site.
His movement when he had it.
His habits on the weeks things were normal.
That was enough.
7kg down and more importantly —he actually understands food and his daily habits now.
That’s the stuff that stays with you long after the program ends.
If you’re working away, shift work, irregular hours and you keep telling yourself you’ll sort it when life settles down…
Life doesn’t settle down. You just get better at working with it.
