I noticed something about my son last week.

Waking earlier.
Peforming new physical moves at football
Saying out his goals for BMX pre race.

It was obvious to me developmentally there was a gear shift in the 3rd week of May.

My husband noticed the same. And we both found ourselves talking about it at the end of the week - at first to others and then to each other as we found ourselves on the same page.

It really made me grateful how present I get to be around my kids and how each little moment is a gift in its own way on this journey of life.

April and May has kept us busy!
Outdoors and loving life...
- A weekday off school for fishing
- Mother's day at a rustic farm
- Cross country at school
- Wisdom teeth gone for me - yeehaa!
- New sport tennis for the term
- Progressing to gate starts for Ollie and finishing races
- an 600km roadtrip for a BMX Race in Kalgoorlie
- Medievial fair that took us back 1000 years in time

After 6 days in Phu Quoc, Vietnam for a Business Conference, I came home to a new set of bags and luggages for our road trip.

And how contrasting both trips were - one where I was in my business, independent, professional brain. And the other in my protective, domestic role getting all things organised for the family of 4 to roll out every morning.

The difference cannot be more stark. And yet, I loved both of those trips. I love both those roles deeply. I love having both of those sides to my life.

It is such a blessing to be able to bounce from one sort of fun to the other.

Take a stand for yourself, your greatness, the life you want to live, the person you want to become.

This event will be a core memory of my 30s - as a time in my life where I gave myself space and permission to own my power.

I continued to walk among people that inspire me and teach me.

And it was a choice that I exercised with full intention to step into my future self. You can collapse time just by BEing that future version of yourself.

And I can't explain it fully in words but I encourage you to seek out that experience - stepping into the future version of yourself. Because you will see a different version of life and of yourself.

Step into bigger rooms with bigger conversations. And you'll realise there is a bigger, more exciting version of life that has always been there - waiting to be discovered.

Make a decision and then make it the right one.

Writing notes from a cafe - this ordinary moment brings back memories. As I was deeply going through my thoughts and processing the information I had just learnt in conference, I felt strong emotions rise through my gut and heart.

And then, a tiny thought popped into my head. Working from cafes, lounges, random locations in transit has something I've been doing for almost a decade now.

I create value from anywhere, not from a desk or specific location. Not within set hours, any time, any where whenever I get the inspiration.

Excuse my language but - fck, that's powerful.

This tiny ordinary moment contrasts with all I fear I had when I decided to get started in the Online Business World and still said 'Let's Go'

And here I am. Feeling free as ever. Grateful as ever that I stepped into what seemed like a black hole at the beginning and trusted that someone or something would catch me.

And through this, I learnt that my gut feeling is so powerful and yet beyond full comprehension. You can't join the dots looking forward - only backwards.

Make a decision and trust it, make it work for you. Most people don't make it past this point because they succumb to their fear along the way. But if you keep choosing your goal instead of your fear. You will inevitably Arrive.

Day 1 and 2 of conference has just been thoroughly refreshing.

The venue has been THE. ABSOLUTE. DREAM.
The Concept, Design, GRANDEUR.

Oh boy, I'm speechless.

I probably would never cross paths with this city and location if not for this event and boy, am I glad I had the experience. Talk about the definition of WOW.

And to top that, the conference content has just been out of the water.

I've never felt so mentally engaged than this conference.

New doors have beeen opened mentally and IYKYK - that new energy feeling.

Random snaps en route to Phu Quoc and...

Buying stocks in between.

On the flight to my layover in Singapore. I was just thinking about how I can make this trip significant.

And what can be more powerful than making actual investment moves en route to my business conference around money mindset and wealth creation.

BE. DO. HAVE baby

Take the action and the money manifests.

Because the goal is to have MORE moves to make post conference.

Tell this to my past self 10 years ago and I wouldn't have believed you.

My old beliefs--
Wealth creation is not for me
Wealth creation is for people with WEALTH, not me.
Wealth creation is for people who can pay others to manage their money
I have no money to invest?!

Thank goodness those were blown out of the water. Being in rooms and conversations where abundance and wealth creation is the norm has given me the courage to begin investing for my kids since they were born.

And seeing my dollars grow, compound and go to work has been pretty cool and amazing.

From one paradise to another
Sunday I'm on the beach - Wednesday I'm on the plane!

Had an amazing beach swim and just awesome day on our little piece of paradise yesterday and today it's focus time to get things organised for my trip to Vietnam.

It's blocking my calendar on the plane and at our event,
Getting my foreign currency, travel adapters
Pulling together my event outfits
Rampage shopping today and tomorrow
Stocking up things at home so my kids stay sane
Planning a little pamper session on arrival in Phu Quoc

If you could look into my brain you'll find little elves screaming and running around on fire.

Oh the excitment of business travel!
