Here come the Lizards! Last week with Artpod, we constructed the base armatures from twisted newspaper and tape. Today afterschool, we paper mached the form . When it’s dry next week, we can used mixed media to start adding finer features & textures. Watch the progress each week.

Kids weren’t sure at first about drawing frogs loosely like artist John Olsen … but with each week and more play, they are gaining confidence and having fun with it. Next week in afterschool art classes, we will be making ‘ Frogs on Logs’. Can’t wait…
