Strength session with the boys 💪🏼
What makes a good whole-body strength session? A workout which incorporates these main movements:
1. Squat
2. Hinge movement (deadlift as an example)
3. Single leg movement (lunge, single rdl, Bulgarian etc)
4. Push something (push ups, chest press)
5. Pull something (rows , pull ups)
6. Rotation (Russian twists, wood chops)
It doesn’t matter what sport you play, these movements are the foundation to a strength and conditioning program
