💙 Father's Day Breakfast 2026 💙
What a wonderful morning celebrating the fathers and father figures in our St Benedict's community.
The day began with a beautiful Liturgy in the Church, led by Father and our Year 1 students, before families gathered for our annual Father's Day Breakfast.
A heartfelt thank you to our P&F, especially our Year 2 Representatives and parent helpers, for organising such a fantastic event. Thank you also to Incognito Caterers for the delicious breakfast, Preston Street IGA for the generous donation of muffins and baked goods, and Expresso Crema Mobile Cafe for keeping everyone warm with great coffee.
It was a wonderful community event filled with connection, gratitude and celebration as we honoured the fathers and father figures who play such an important role in the lives of our students.

Father's Day Stall This Friday!
Don't forget to stop by our Father's Day Stall this Friday from 8:30am in the Undercover Area.
There will be a wonderful selection of gifts available for students to purchase for the special father figures in their lives.
This is also your last chance to purchase raffle tickets for the opportunity to win an exciting prize:

Celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation
Over the weekend, our Year 6 students celebrated their Confirmation Mass, a significant milestone in their faith journey.
Presided over by Bishop Nelson, the service was a wonderful and prayerful occasion as our students received the Sacrament of Confirmation surrounded by their families, sponsors, parish community, and school staff.
We extend our sincere thanks to all those who helped prepare the students for this special sacrament. Your guidance, support, and commitment have played an important role in nurturing their faith and preparing them for this important step.
A special thank you also to our school choir, whose beautiful singing enriched the celebration and helped make the Mass such a memorable occasion.
Congratulations to all of our Year 6 Confirmation candidates. May the gifts of the Holy Spirit continue to guide and inspire you on your faith journey.

Celebrating Community and Connection
Last Friday, our parish hosted its annual Seniors Lunch, bringing together parishioners for a wonderful afternoon of friendship and fellowship.
Our Year 1 and Year 2 students helped make the occasion extra special by creating and presenting beautiful handmade cards and bookmarks to our senior parishioners. The thoughtful gifts were warmly received and brought many smiles to those in attendance.
Adding to the celebration, our school choir shared their talents through song, providing entertainment and spreading joy throughout the gathering.
We are proud of our students for the kindness, generosity, and respect they showed, and we thank our parish community for continuing to foster such meaningful connections between generations. 💙
